This week we chatted with one of our fave people– Justin Sylvester! You may know him as the host of E! News, but for the real OG Bravo fans, you will remember him as Portia Umansky’s nanny and one of Kyle Richards’ besties. We had so much fun getting all his takes on the bravo world! 

What is your favorite bravo show/franchise of all time?

I’m not gonna say housewives because it’s too stereotypical, and it’s an obvious choice. So I’m gonna go with “workout” with Jackie Warner! That show had me in a fucking chokehold! Jackie was crazy. She was smart. She believes her own shit, and she had hot trainers! It was the original “VANDERPUMP”.  She was ahead of her time!

Who are your top 3 favorite housewives?

Lol I am not dumb enough to answer this! You thought you could entrap me? I’ve been in this business way too long!  But honestly that question ebbs and flows because I feel like any TV personality, artist, musicians- they all have great seasons, and not so great seasons. So that ebbs and flows for me! But I will say I have a special place in my heart for the OG’s just because they have survived!  Teresa, Kyle, and Kandi have really shaped what their franchises have become, and I think there is a level of respect these women deserve!

If you could interview any celeb right now who would it be?

I’m really dying to get my hands on Meryl!  The fact that I can say that, and not explain why …or even say her last name is the reason why I need to get my hands on Meryl! 

I’m also actively looking for a husband, so Pedro Pascal and I definitely need to cross paths … and if I have to set up an interview to make that happen, I will do it!

Do you think Monica will return to RHOSLC or do you think the show will move on without her now that she’s been exposed?

Sometimes first season housewives that come in that “hot”end up going up in smoke!  I wish I had talked to Monica before she went on the show because she is great TV. 

It’s so hard to say…Here’s the jam: it’s unfortunate because Monica is in a situation where I don’t think anybody will film with her…  and in order to be on the show, you have to be able to get along with other women and that’s not the case right now!

 Ok last question! Team Melissa or Team Tre? Or somewhere in between?

I’ve learned from experience that you don’t pick sides with sisters. Because at the end of the day - they will ALWAYS find their way back to each other and you will be on the outside! So I’m team “live in your peace”. And if peace to them means taking a break - then so be it!
